Do Not Call (DNC) Policy
How to stop marketing calls from ExpertBathroomRemodeling, what we do to honor the National Do Not Call Registry, and how third-party calls are handled.
1. Introduction
ExpertBathroomRemodeling respects your right to privacy and is committed to complying with all federal and state Do Not Call laws — including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR). This Do Not Call Policy explains how you can manage your communication preferences with us and opt out of marketing phone calls.
2. Internal Do Not Call list
If you do not want to receive marketing phone calls from ExpertBathroomRemodeling, you may ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list. After we receive your request, we will add your phone number to that list within five (5) business days and will keep it there for at least five (5) years, or longer if required by law.
3. How to submit a DNC request
You can ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list using any of the following methods:
- Online: Do Not Sell My Info form
- Email: privacy@expertbathroomremodeling.com (subject line: "DNC Request")
- Mail: ExpertBathroomRemodeling, Attn: DNC, 1 East Liberty Street, Suite 600, Reno, Nevada 89501
Please include your full name and the specific phone number(s) you want added to our internal Do Not Call list. If you have multiple numbers, list each one.
4. National Do Not Call Registry
In addition to honoring our internal opt-outs, ExpertBathroomRemodeling respects the National Do Not Call Registry. We do not initiate unsolicited marketing calls to numbers listed on the registry unless one of the following applies:
- You have given us prior express written consent to be contacted (for example, by submitting a quote-request form on our site that includes a TCPA disclosure); or
- You have an existing business relationship with us — typically meaning you've made a purchase, requested a service, or initiated an inquiry within the timeframes the FCC and FTC allow.
5. Calls from our partner network
ExpertBathroomRemodeling works with independent contractor partners (listed on our Partners page) who may contact you directly when you submit a quote request. We require all partners to comply with the TCPA, the TSR, and applicable state Do Not Call laws — but we do not control their internal Do Not Call lists. If a partner contacts you after you have submitted a Do Not Call request to ExpertBathroomRemodeling, please let us know and we will help investigate.
To stop calls from a specific partner, you can also ask the partner directly to add you to their own internal Do Not Call list — that request takes effect under federal law regardless of whether you ever shared your number with us.
6. Calls that are exempt from Do Not Call rules
Some calls are not considered "marketing" calls under federal and state Do Not Call laws and may continue even after you submit a DNC request. These include:
- Informational, transactional, or service-related calls about a request or project you submitted (for example, scheduling a contractor visit you asked for);
- Calls placed in direct response to a specific inquiry or quote request you made;
- Non-marketing communications (for example, customer support follow-ups or required regulatory notices).
If you no longer want any of these communications either, contact us and we will work with you to update your preferences.
7. Training and compliance
All ExpertBathroomRemodeling personnel and contractors involved in customer outreach are trained on our Do Not Call procedures. Violations of this policy may lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
